YMCA Summer Day Camps

Information and online registration for YMCA Summer Day Camps in Sarnia, Goderich and Chatham, Lambton Shores, North Middlesex and Central Huron is available now.  For more information, refer to the camp page of your local YMCA.  Click here to reference our Parent Handbook.

In addition to choosing the camp programs for your camper to be registered, a completed registration form is needed for your child to attend camp. Registration forms are due 1 week before the starting of the camp program. This will allow time for staff to review and ensure proper accommodations are in place. Please drop off the forms at your local YMCA Membership Services or contact them for the camp director’s email to send a scanned copy to. Camper Registration Form

If your child has prescription medication that needs to be administered while in the care of YMCA staff, a completed medication form is needed for your child to attend camp. The form is to ensure accuracy of dispensing. The form is needed by the first day of the camp program and reviewed in-person with camp staff. Prescription medication must be in the original prescription bottle with name of medication clearly printed. Non-prescription medications will not be dispensed by YMCA staff.
