SKILLS LINK YOUTH PROJECT
Through this 23 week project a group of young people will design project initiatives, enhance personal and professional skill development, gain employment skills, and take part in helping their local community. This project is funded by the Government of Canada and delivered by the YMCA.
Eligibility
- Between 15 and 30 years of age
- Out of school - In need of assistance to overcome barriers to employment
- Motivated to participate in a 23 week program
Allowance paid equivalent to minimum wage - 30 hours per week
