YMCA 2012 PEACE MEDAL NOMINATION FORM

DO YOU KNOW A PEACEMAKER IN YOUR COMMUNITY?

The YMCA will be accepting nominations for the 2012 YMCA Peace Medal Award in September/October 2012. The award recognizes the achievements of individuals or groups who have made a significant contribution to fostering a culture of peace in the Sarnia-Lambton, Chatham-Kent and Goderich-Huron communities. 

The medal will be awarded during YMCA International Peace Week, November 17-24 at different ceremonies throughout Southwestern Ontario.
