Youth Gambling Awareness Program (YGAP)
The YMCA Youth Gambling Awareness Program is a free service offering educational prevention programs designed to raise awareness of youth gambling, healthy/active living and making informed decisions. Together with the Ministry of Health, the YMCA believes educational awareness programs are essential to enhancing personal development and creating healthier communities.
Children's Safety Village
Children's Safety Village
The YMCA Children’s Safety Village is a child-sized village located in the Thames Valley School Board District within Fanshawe Conservation Area. The outdoor village features 26 small buildings surrounded by streets with authentic and operational traffic signals, traffic signs, railway crossing, and a life-size school bus.

Employment Services
One way the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario helps to build strong communities is by creating opportunities for youth and people with disabilities. Our Employment Services support participants in breaking barriers to employment, through workshops, paid work placements, and training.
