Establishing the highest possible standards.
It's been too long since we last saw you. We've heard from many members and participants who are missing their daily routine and YMCA friends and connections. We miss it and all of you too!
Even though things have changed, the Y continues to serve our local communities in many ways, such as providing essential care packages to neighbours in need, offering free virtual wellness programs to people at home, and providing remote services to newcomers to Canada. Health & Fitness
In line with the new measures announced by the province, all our Health and Fitness branches will be temporarily closed as of April 3rd. The health and safety of members, volunteers, and staff, is always our top priority. Learn more about our enhanced safety and precautions for when we are able to reopen our doors. Don't forget, you can still get your YMCA workouts and stay active with our Live Classes and Virtual Y!
At all Y camps, we remain committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all our campers, their families, and our staff team. We are optimistic that we will be able to return to camp in 2021 and continue to work with provincial and local health authorities as we plan to ensure the safest possible camp experience for your campers.
Our YMCA Child Care centres and School Age Emergency Care centres are currently open and operating with enhanced health and safety procedures.

Specific for our newcomer clients and language learners, we’ve created Facebook pages to keep you connected with our staff and to continue to support your settlement and learning goals.
