Welcome back! On August 3 we are reopening the North Middlesex YMCA. We can't wait to see our members again!

Upon reopening our Fitness Floor, Strength & Cardio Equipment, Personal Training, YThrive Programs, and change rooms will be available. Group Fitness Classes will begin the following week.

Y Story - Setting the Stage

"With the Y, I am setting a pattern for my kids to include physical activity in their lifestyle. The scheduling works for our family and the kids are always excited to come. Every one of my boys gets in a good mood when I say we are going to the Y! It pretty much saves my sanity.

Why I go? It was really important for me after having my kids to get back to my ‘pre-kid’ weight. Also, it felt good going to the classes and getting my confidence back. I see us being members forever."
